Welcome to the shared workspace at the Seed—a collaborative hub where creativity and productivity converge. To ensure a harmonious and productive environment for all members, please adhere to the following policies: 0. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We understand that plans may change. To accommodate your needs, please provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee (full price). 1. WORKSPACE ETIQUETTE: Respect the shared nature of the workspace. Keep noise levels to a minimum, and use headphones for phone calls and video conferences. Please maintain a clean and organized workspace. 2. RESERVATION SYSTEM: To optimize workspace availability, members are encouraged to use our reservation system on the website or at location. Ensure your workspace in advance to guarantee availability. 3. WI-FI & TECHNOLOGY: Connect to the provided Wi-Fi network for seamless internet access. Respect bandwidth usage and avoid excessive streaming or downloads that may impact others. 4. WELLBEING SPACE: Enjoy our wellbeing space for breaks and increased productivity. You are welcome to take a mat, stretch, lay down, or meditate. Be mindful of others in shared spaces and keep noise levels appropriate for the activities around you. 5. PRIVATE PHONE BOOTH: Utilize our private phone booth for confidential calls. Please make sure you book your spot in advance. 6. SECURITY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The Seed is not responsible for personal belongings. Keep valuables secure, and report any security concerns to the front desk. Your feedback is valuable for us. If you have suggestions or concerns, please communicate with our community manager or use our feedback system to help us enhance your shared workspace experience.
