Cancellation Policy
Holistic & 1:1 Therapies Policy at The Seed: Welcome to the transformative world of holistic and 1:1 therapies at The Seed. Our commitment to your well-being is paramount, and we kindly ask you to review the following policies to ensure a harmonious and enriching experience: 1. BOOKING: All 1:1 therapy sessions must be booked at least 6h in advance through our online reservation system. Our therapist will then accept or reschedule (if not available) your request and you'll receive a notification via email. 2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: We understand that plans may change. To accommodate your needs, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 3. ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled 1:1 therapy session to allow for check-in, consultation, and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure punctuality for subsequent appointments. 4. COMMUNICATION WITH THERAPISTS: Feel free to communicate openly with your therapist regarding your preferences, expectations, and any discomfort during the session. Your feedback ensures a personalized and satisfying experience. 5. PAYMENT: Payment is required after your session, at our reception desk. 6. DURATION OF SESSIONS: 1:1 therapy sessions are scheduled for a specific duration, as agreed upon during booking. Additional time cannot be guaranteed if you arrive late. 7. RESPECTING SESSION BOUNDARIES: Boundaries set by therapists must be respected at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and appropriate authorities may be notified. 8. FEEDBACK: Your feedback is invaluable.
