Cancellation Policy
Policy for 'Ice journey': At the Seed, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable 'Ice' experience for our valued guests. To maintain the quality of our services and accommodate the needs of all members, we have established the following policy: ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled 'Ice' session to allow time for check-in and preparation. DRESS CODE: In the ice bath, we recommend wearing swimwear. Please bring a towel or we can provide one at an additional cost. HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: Prior to your session, please inform our staff of any health conditions, medications, or concerns that may impact your ability to participate in the 'Ice' experience. DURATION OF SESSION: The 'Ice' experience lasts 25 minutes, please plan your schedule accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. WINDOW: Guests are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of their 'Ice' experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full amount. 2. NO-SHOW POLICY: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled 'Ice' experience without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service. 3. RESCHEDULING: Guests may reschedule their appointment within the cancellation window without incurring any fees. However, rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to availability. 4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have an emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
