About the event
This masterclass will help you practice correctly and safely. It will introduce key practice elements that will elevate your sadhana and give direction for progress both physically and esoterically.
Framework of this workshop
THEORY:
• The purpose of Yoga: intro to Hatha Yoga and why it is not what you think it is
• Physical aspect: what happens with your body in asana (basic anatomy)
• Pranayama: Ujjayi breath and energy locks (bandhas) in a yogāsana class - your strength centre
