Breathwork connects you to your inner voice, strength, and potential. Using the Conscious Connected Breath you'll be given the possibility to release and transform strong/stuck emotions and blockages. Which can lead to a feeling of relief and self-empowerment.

 What to expect:


A transformational breathwork session. Two hours for yourself. In the session, you will practice the Conscious Connected Breath (CCB). The CCB stands out due to a circulating and continuous in- and out-breath.


You'll experience a short meditation to focus on yourself. Then you'll be breathing intensively for about 1 hour while using the CCB. 

I accompany and support you with touch and words during the entire breathing phase. 

This is followed by a phase of relaxation ('sailing phase') of 15 minutes. 

Afterward, you may integrate what you have experienced, if you wish through conversation or sharing.

Please do not eat anything 2 hours before the session. 24h before: It is advisable not to consume alcohol or other substances.

Breathwork is not suitable if you have cardiovascular problems, are pregnant, are taking psychotropic drugs, have high inner eye pressure or have just had an operation. If you are unsure, please ask your doctor and inform me in advance.
