In this masterclass, you will experience the full spectrum of a well-rounded yoga practice. We begin with a warm-up and the setting of an elevated intention, followed by chanting to open the heart and mind. The practice flows through surya namaskar (sun salutations), standing asanas, twists, balances, backbends, forward bends, and inversions, all accompanied by precise breath counts,  finalizing with a meditation moment and a relaxing "savasana".

This vinyasa-sequence not only shapes and strengthens the body but also leads you inward, exploring the deeper spiritual aspects of the self.

About Diana:

Diana was born in Portugal and has a background in arts, music, dance, theatre, architecture & design. She's a branding designer, certified yoga & meditation instructor, and owner of an ethnic handicrafts brand. She's also the co-creator/co-manager of "The Seed" studio.

Having practiced for over 19 years, trained (and lived) in India and also along with the Jivamukti Yoga school in Europe.  She's been teaching in India, UK, France and Portugal since 10 years now.

She fell in love with Yoga since the very beginning but it was after an injury, while strengthen and balance the mind & body with the help of Yoga, that the practice have transformed me on so many levels - She feels a strong sense of responsibility to share it, which initially inspired and continues to inspire her to teach.

One of her main principles is: "Yoga is not only a physical practice but a spiritual one where the practitioner dives deep in the study of the Self and learns to attain a higher level of consciousness."
