Join Diana for a 2.5-hour transformative yoga experience designed to elevate your practice and spirit.
This dynamic Jivamukti Yoga method / Hatha-Vinyasa flow offers an extended, guided sequence —perfect for both newcomers and seasoned yogis looking to deepen their practice.
You'll move through sun salutations, standing postures, twists, balances, backbends, and inversions, all synchronized with breath, concluding with meditation and deep relaxation.
Along the way, you'll receive a clear introduction to the Jivamukti Yoga method and an explanation of Vinyasa Krama—the intelligent sequencing that builds each movement progressively and mindfully. With extra time for alignment tips and adjustments, you’ll refine your technique, build stamina, and enhance your understanding of the practice.
This workshop is also the perfect introduction—or refinement—to our regular Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class, offered twice a week at The Seed (Tuesdays & Thursdays). Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or reconnect, this session provides the ideal space for growth.
