Hope is not just a feeling. According to research, hopeful people live healthier lives, have higher life satisfaction and achieve better results in their pursuits. Hope is the building block for all good things – and, cultivating it can also help us solve the world’s big problems such as climate change. 

In this workshop you’ll learn:

• How to ignite hope within yourself, amplify your spirit and become a person everyone wants to hang out with
• How to apply the hope theory to help you land a more meaningful job or create positive change
• How to live in this world without getting stuck in doomerism

This workshop combines theories and embodied practices from psychology research as well as ancient philosophies. You can expect breath and meditation practices, conversation, journaling and gentle movement. Bring a notebook, comfortable clothing, and an open mind and heart to connect with others.

About Aurora:

Aurora Airaskorpi is a career coach, yoga & meditation teacher and author dedicated to helping people find hopeful careers and lives. She has worked as a coach and consultant with individuals and organisations for 6+ years and writes a weekly Substack about hope under her company, High on Hope. 

Originally from Finland, she’s lived and worked across Europe and is now settled in the Algarve.
