AMuru Crystalline Sound Healing: A journey back to your essence; with João Rafael

Go on this healing journey with Joaão and descent into deeper spaces  of yourself.  

During this 90' session I will guide you through a short  meditation, some pranayama breathwork and tapping exercises, to  reconnect you with the presence of your heart.

After that we will move into a deep relaxing crystalline sound healing.  Simply let yourself be nurtured by the sound of crystal singing bowls,  other crystal instruments, shamanic instruments and the angelic  frequencies of highly pitched tuning forks. All the instruments are  tuned into the 432hz frequency scale. This scale is deeply connected  with the electromagnetic field of Mother Earth, also known as the  ’Schuman Resonance’.

João will be holding space with  energy work and the combination with crystalline sound healing  creates a  deep balance in your chakras, releases stagnant energy from your Auric  fields and opens up a deep connection with the crystalline grid of  Mother Earth. It activates your Pilar of Light so you can receive all  the blessing that you need in this specific moment of your life and  spiritual awakening.

Slowly we close the session  with a sharing and we pick some cards from a special card deck to help  you to receive more insights for your personal journey.

About João:

João Rafael, a 24-year-old certified holistic therapist from  Portugal, is deeply committed to helping others and spreading love and  peace. His spiritual journey began in childhood, guided by his mother,  and at twelve, he discovered Reiki, igniting his passion for healing.  Over several years, his path of self-healing and exploration led him to  the transformative discovery of Crystalline Sound healing. This began as  a whisper in meditation and unfolded during a six-month journey through  South America, where he encountered people and places that resonated  deeply with him. These experiences awakened his calling to use sound as a  healing tool. By the end of his journey, he was equipped with the  wisdom and tools to create something special with Sound.
