After a beautiful chapter in Lagos, The Seed is now creating a new home in Porto — a space for wellbeing, creativity, and conscious living.

Both our new space and website are currently under construction,

but something special is taking shape in a place soon to be announced.

a creative and wellbeing hub, blending:

• Movement studio (Yoga, Primal Movement, Workshops, Trainings...)

• Therapy rooms (bodywork, infrared sauna & ice bath)

• Coworking space

• Shop

• Events

A place to slow down, connect, and be inspired.
